Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships at the Old Vicarage, St Ives

The Old Vicarage is now licensed as a venue for wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships. This historic building set in secluded grounds is perfect for a small, intimate, romantic ceremony. Please note we do not currently host wedding receptions.
Any of the four public rooms may be booked for the ceremony - the Dining Room, Lounge, Bar or Conservatory.
There is full use of our licensed bar and Champagne is available from £35 per bottle which can be served inside or in the garden. If you prefer to provide your own champagne then corkage is £7 per bottle with glasses provided. Canapés are also available from £4 per head. Please order Champagne and canapés at least two weeks prior to the event.

Booking & Payment
To enquire about availability please contact us here giving your date and time preferences in the message box.
The Registrar must be booked first.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking, with the balance due two weeks prior to the event. The balance is not refundable with less than two weeks notice, we strongly recommend you take out adequate insurance and we can offer details on request.
Any accommodation booked is in accordance with the normal terms and conditions applicable and is effectively a separate transaction.
Times of Availability
Ceremonies may only take place between 11.30pm and 5pm if there are other guests staying in the Old Vicarage.
No ceremonies on Saturdays between mid July and mid September. We are open for ceremonies during the winter but dates are limited, please enquire.
The Conservatory may only be booked between 2pm and 4pm if there are other guests staying in the Old Vicarage.
During peak weeks when the Old Vicarage is open a maximum of three parking spaces are available. You may wish to consider hiring a mini-bus.
One and a half hours are allowed for each ceremony.
Exclusive use of the property and grounds may be available on certain days, please ask when booking.
