Breakfast

We are pleased to present our breakfast menu, which has earned us a considerable reputation and awards for the quality of the ingredients and the care and attention with which it is cooked and presented.
All ingredients (in particular the eggs, sausages and fish) are locally sourced wherever possible.
Breakfast at the Old Vicarage is served between 8.30 and 9.30 and no need to order in advance as you may not know your preference until the morning.

Buffet Selection

Your choice of Cereals, Fruit Juices, Fresh Fruits and Home-made Yoghurt.

Porridge available to order.

Full Cornish Breakfast

Bacon, Eggs (fried, poached or scrambled), Hog's Pudding, Sausage, Tomato, Mushrooms

Vegetarian

Vegetable Bake, Vegetarian Sausage, Eggs (fried, poached or scrambled) and Beans

Fish

Smoked Haddock or Kippers from our local fishmonger, Home-made Vicarage Fish Cakes served with scrambled or poached eggs.
Smoked Salmon with scrambled egg.

Eggs, as you like them

Fresh Free Range Farm Eggs (soft or hard boiled, fried, poached or scrambled) served with Hot Buttered Toast

Traditional English Muffins

Any combination of Bacon, Sausage and Eggs in Toasted Buttered English Muffins

On Toast

Hot Buttered Toast with Beans, Tomatoes or Mushrooms

Hot Beverages

Pot of Tea or Filter Coffee (decaffeinated available), Earl Grey Tea, Selection of Fruit Teas, Hot Chocolate

All served with Croissants, White or Brown Toast and Home-made Marmalade or Preserves.

Lunch

We offer a broad selection of picnic lunches at reasonable prices, all freshly made. Please order the night before. Guests are welcome to consume these lunches on the premises and make use of our bar facilities should they wish.

Evening Meal

We no longer serve evening meals as there are now so many quality establishments in St. Ives serving food. We would be pleased to suggest somewhere to suit any taste and budget.
