PAYMENT & MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD
A reservation deposit equal to the nightly rate for two adults sharing a room is required to confirm any booking.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please see our terms and conditions page on this site for full conditions of booking and our cancellation policy. We strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance at the time of confirmation of booking.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and VAT is not applicable.
In order to keep our costs to a minimum, we prefer payment by cash, cheque or debit card whenever possible, however we do not surcharge credit cards.
The accommodation balance due plus any other charges (lunches, bar etc.) are payable prior to departure and guests are requested to settle up the night before departure if they intend to leave before 9.30 a.m.
There is a minimum booking requirement of three nights where the booking is over a weekend from June onwards. From mid July to early September the minimum booking period is seven nights (Saturday to Saturday).
FACILITIES & SERVICES
Full English, Continental or Vegetarian Breakfast is included, other special diets are catered for where possible.
Double rooms have a standard double bed, Twin rooms have two beds, Family rooms have a standard double and one or two single beds.
All rooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms and have tea & coffee making facilities and colour T.V.
The 'Under 2' tariff includes cot (with bedding) and high-chair.
Guests are given a key on arrival and have unrestricted access at all times to the hotel.
From 01/01/2007 the Old Vicarage has been a smoke free environment; guests who wish to smoke may use the grounds only.
